Benjamin Borsodi

With a double degree in Economics and Law from the University of Geneva and a Master of Laws (LL M.) from Georgetown University, Benjamin Borsodi has been a partner at Schellenberg Wittmer since 2002. In 2009, he became a partner of Schellenberg Wittmer, and since 2013 he has been a member of the Schellenberg Wittmer Management Committee, as well as Managing Partner since 2015. Admitted to the bar in Switzerland and New York, Benjamin Borsodi is in charge of the corporate criminal law and internal investigations team in Geneva. His practice covers all areas of white-collar crime, international mutual legal assistance, internal investigations, asset tracing and recovery, and compliance. Benjamin also regularly handles commercial and banking litigation.
