With a double degree in Economics and Law from the University of Geneva and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Georgetown University, Benjamin Borsodi has been a member of Schellenberg Wittmer since 2002. In 2009, he became a partner of Schellenberg Wittmer, and was appointed on the Management Committee of Schellenberg Wittmer in 2013. He served as Managing Partner of the firm from 2015 to 2019. Admitted to the bar in Switzerland and New York, Benjamin Borsodi is in charge of the corporate criminal law and internal investigations team in Geneva. His practice covers all areas of white-collar crime, international mutual legal assistance, internal investigations, asset tracing and recovery, and compliance. Benjamin also regularly handles commercial and banking litigation.
