Under this mandate, clients entrust Selvi & Cie SA with providing recommendations that take into consideration their entire portfolio, in accordance with a predefined investment strategy established in agreement with them. Selvi & Cie SA formulates its recommendations based on the specific characteristics of the proposed investment and clients’ overall financial context. However, the final decision to invest or divest remains entirely with clients.
Single Transactions Advisory Mandate:
With this mandate, clients request Selvi & Cie SA to provide one-off investment recommendations without considering the overall portfolio context or clients’ broader strategy. As with the comprehensive mandate, the final decision to invest or divest rests solely with clients.
Selvi & Cie SA faithfully executes clients’ instructions as provided, with no mandate required for this service.
